Authorities have planned three waves of agitation to ensure the appearance on presidential elections. Each of the waves must carry its own meaning: the first is motive, the second orientation and the third “attack”.
During the presidential campaign, which will be held in March 2018 planned three waves of outreach campaign. This was told RBC source in the Central election Commission (CEC), as well as participant of the seminar for Deputy governors and heads of election commissions of regions, which was held at the Corporate University of Sberbank in Moscow from 29 November to 2 December.
According to the interlocutor of RBC in the CEC, the Commission has scheduled three waves of outreach activities with a call to go to the polls. “The first wave of evaluation, the second motive and the third “attack”, — he said. — They will all carry the same message, but with varying degrees of intensity”. During the first wave will focus on the logo choices, “IMA-consulting”, he said: this logo will “stick out from each iron.”
