The investigation is not yet possible to establish the real owner of 8.5 billion rubles seized in the result of a search of a former Colonel of the anti-corruption Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Dmitry Zakharchenko, reported TASS a source in law enforcement bodies.
“Most of the seized during searches of the money may belong to as Nota-Bank and other banks,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
Another source TASS said that, according to one version of the investigation, “Zakharchenko was the so-called encasement platform, that is, he kept withdrawn money from banks to further output them to the offshore”. “For this he received a percentage”, — said the Agency interlocutor, noting that investigators are looking for evidence of withdrawals of Nota-Bank.
Recall, withdrawn from Dmitry Zakharchenko means the decision of the court obrashenii the state.
Devoid of a license Nota-Bank was included in the case of Colonel Zakharchenko after the testimony of the former financial Director Galina Marchukova. The investigation suggests that working in the anti-corruption office, Mr Zakharchenko warned the leadership of Nota-Bank, suspected in the theft, about the planned searches and got rewarded for it.
