The international consortium of investigative journalist (ICIJ) has posted on its website an archive of the offshore activities of the world’s politicians, business leaders, their relatives and partners. Just a list of more than 120 people.
The archive received the Papers called Paradise (“the Paradise papers”). In all, 13.4 million documents, said the Express. In the list of persons, in particular, were the President of the United States, Donald trump, Queen Elizabeth II, officials and managers of large companies — Apple, Uber and others.
According to ICIJ, for example, the British monarch has transferred about £ 10 million from his private Foundation to the funds in the Cayman and Bermuda Islands during the period from 2004 to 2005.
In August it was reported that rich Russians withdrew to offshore more than a trillion dollars.
