In England, they spoke about Qatar's position on admission to the World Cup for LGBT fans
Football Association of England announced that Qatar will admit LGBT fans to the 2022 World Cup the world in 2022. The head of the Football Association of England (FA) Mark Bullingham, whose words are quoted by the Independent, spoke about this position of the country. He noted that the organization appealed to the Qatari authorities with a question about the LGBT fans of the English national team. The answer, according to Bullingham, was unambiguous: everyone is invited to the world championship. Same-sex sexual relations are prosecuted under several articles of the Qatari criminal code. Violations of them face imprisonment for a term of one to 10 years. The World Championship in Qatar will be held from November 21 to December 19, 2022. England in qualifying took first place in the group and won a ticket to the tournament.
