The Kremlin believes U.S. sanctions against PDVSA illegal
MOSCOW, 29 Jan — RIA Novosti. U.S. sanctions against Venezuela and state oil company PDVSA are examples of unfair competition and an attempt to interfere in the Affairs of the country, said the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
