Lukashenko expressed support for Venezuelan President Maduro
Moscow. 25 Jan. INTERFAX.RU — the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko expressed support for Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, said his press service.

“Categorically we do not support any external interference in the internal Affairs of a sovereign state, including those aimed at destabilizing the situation in the country,” — said Lukashenko in a telephone conversation with Maduro.
The head of state noted that Belarus is closely monitoring the situation in a friendly Venezuela and empathizes with another round of tensions, which are fueled by destructive forces both inside and outside the country.
The President stressed that Belarus was fully committed to and has consistently advocated a peaceful settlement of the internal situation in Venezuela exclusively within the legal framework and the Constitution.
He assured that Venezuela can always count on the support of the Belarusian side.
