Former Minister of Finance of Moscow suburbs have pleaded guilty in the fraud
MOSCOW, 5 Jan — RIA Novosti. Former Deputy Chairman and former Minister of Finance of the government of Moscow region Alexey Kuznetsov, who is accused of fraud, did not admit his guilt during the interrogation, said the official representative SK the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko.
Kuznetsov, accused of fraud and other crimes in the amount of over 14 billion rubles, was extradited from France on 3 January.
“His guilt is not admitted. The accused and his defence lawyers asked the investigators to give them time to familiarize themselves with the resolution on attraction as accused,” — said Petrenko.
