MOSCOW, August 28. /TASS/. Moscow urges Washington and Berlin to influence the armed opposition groups and terrorists in Idlib, the Syrian, with whom they maintain contacts. About it to journalists on Tuesday said Russian Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
