Putin announced an ambitious programme of transformation of Russian cities
MOSCOW, 18 Jul — RIA Novosti. Program of spatial development of Russia will allow to convert large and small cities in the country, develop the infrastructure in rural areas, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Like I said in the message to the Federal Assembly, we intend to implement an ambitious program of spatial development of Russia, to transform our cities and towns, develop the infrastructure in rural areas, to use the potential of advanced technologies, new architectural and managerial decisions”, — said Putin in his speech at the Moscow urban forum on Wednesday.
We are talking about a serious increase in volumes of housing construction, urban renewal, the formation of transport and digital infrastructure, solving environmental problems, the development of institutions of health, sports and education.Vladimir Putin President of the Russian Federation
