MOSCOW, April 18. /TASS/. The UK authorities could not prevent the return of Boris Berezovsky to Russia as the bearer of secret information about the polonium poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko. This was announced by General Prosecutor of Russia Yuri Chaika, speaking in the Federation Council.
