“The substance of the BZ, which is mentioned in public statements, widely known as 3Q, contained in a control sample, prepared by the OPCW laboratory in accordance with existing procedures. It has nothing to do with the samples collected by OPCW experts in Salisbury”, — he said, speaking at a meeting of the Executive Council of the organization on Wednesday.
