The families of the victims of the recent plane crash of An-148 in the Moscow region may be exempt from the payment of debts of the deceased. We are talking not only about loans but also about utilities and other financial obligations stated in the minutes of the meeting of the government Commission (the document is in “News”). Local authorities have already received a recommendation, told “Izvestia” in the regional governments.
The government Commission on prevention and liquidation of emergency situations recommended that local authorities “to consider the possibility of repayment of debts” of the victims of the An-148 “the Saratov airlines”. This follows from the minutes of the recent meeting signed by the Chairman of the Commission of the head EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Puchkov. “News” was acquainted with the document.
Local authorities are recommended to repay including loans, debts on payment of utilities and other financial obligations. The list includes 19 regions where the dead lived and living for their families.
As he wrote “Izvestia”, the plane An-148 of “Saratov airlines”, flying from Domodedovo to Orsk, fell a few minutes after takeoff, it disappeared from the radar 11 February at 14:28 and crashed in the Ramenskoye district of the Moscow region. Killed 71 people — all passengers and crew members.

The government of the Moscow region noted that one of the victims, which was registered in the region, has outstanding loans of Bank VTB 24 in the amount of 3 million rubles.

In the government of Saratov region (lived there almost all members of the crew of the An-148) told “Izvestia” that the recommendations of the state Commission was received on 26 February and are under consideration in the administration of Saratov. In the region reminded that earlier the decision was made to provide the families of victims on 1 million roubles of material aid.
In the administration of the Tambov region, where he lived the commander of the An-148 Valery Gubanov, said that his family has already paid compensation of 1 million rubles from the reserve Fund of the region.

The government of Mordovia said that the crash of the An-148 killed a resident of Ruzaevka Elena Davydova. Her family transferred for compensation of 1 million rubles. “Loan request was not”, — said in the administration.
The press service of the governments of the Orenburg region, Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Republic of Crimea, Krasnodar, Perm Krai, Ryazan, and Yaroslavl regions have not provided the operational review.
Now, according to article 1175 of GK of the Russian Federation, in case of death of the individual, the heirs are liable for debts of the deceased jointly and severally, that is, depending on the value of the estate. To refuse repayment, will have to abandon the inheritance, said the lawyer of the legal Department Heads Consulting Igor Valuev.
