The court dismissed the Polish journalist Maracucha

Materials on deportation of a blogger from the country returned to the police.

MOSCOW, February 27. /TASS/. Mytischinsky town court of Moscow region has returned to the police materials about the deportation from the Russian Federation for violation of migration legislation, the Polish journalist and blogger Tomasz Maracucha detained in the morning in the suburbs.

“The case materials in respect of Mateychuk in the Mytishchi court considered today will not, as the judge returned them due to the provided violations. The defendant was released”, — said the representative of the court.

Earlier, a source in law enforcement bodies has informed that on Tuesday at the place of residence of Polish journalist in Mytishchi were searched in the criminal case on incitement of interethnic hatred (article 282 of the criminal code). The law enforcers also checking the legality of his stay in Russia.

Mateychuk, participated in talk shows on Federal TV channels, in April 2017 was a fight in the TV channel NTV for his anti-Russian statements, and in November of 2016 — in the “Right to know” on TVC. In addition, he gained fame after taking part in the desecration of Soviet soldiers cemeteries in Poland.
