Patriarch Kirill told, will come when “end of the world”
MOSCOW, 6 Jan — RIA Novosti. The Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia, Kirill said that “the end of the world”, about which much is said in the Bible will come when human society will cease to be viable and there will be “total domination of evil.”
“In any case, may come and do come to an end? In that case, if human society will cease to be viable. When it runs out of resource to exist. In what case can this happen? In that case, if there is a total domination of evil,” said the Patriarch in his traditional Christmas interview, answering questions from journalist and TV presenter, Director General of MIA “Russia today” Dmitry Kiselev.
He explained that “evil is not viable” and “system, in which prevails the evil, cannot exist.”
“If evil will grow, if it will displace the good of human life, then cometh the end,” said the Primate.
In his opinion, “rampant growth” of evil in human society will begin when “point of view, putting on a par of good and evil, will prevail in the global scale.”
“And because we are not even at the beginning of this process and a certain period of time passed, history is what already exhausted, then how did the Church not to talk about how not to sound the alarm, warn that we have entered on a dangerous path of self-destruction? If the Church this is not to say, who is going to talk about it”, — said the Patriarch.
