INTERFAX.RU — Funds for the establishment of network operation Centre of public communication in the framework of the draft law on the protection of Runet from external threats is provided in the budget for 2019 in the amount of almost 600 million rubles, only three years expected to spend more than 1.8 billion rubles.

In the opinion of the Cabinet of Ministers, the implementation of the provisions of the bill on providing free of charge mobile operators and technical means of countering threats, the organization of a monitoring and control communication network of General use in the composition of the radio frequency service, as well as exercises with the aim of improving information security, integrity and stability of functioning of the unified telecommunication network of the Russian Federation will require additional allocations of the Federal budget.
