In Russia from February 1 will index a number of social benefits
MOSCOW, 1 Feb — RIA Novosti. A number of social benefits and compensations in Russia index by 4.3% from February 1, the corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
In particular, since February 1, increased the size of monthly monetary payments (EDV), which is produced 15.2 million Federal benefit recipients, including disabled people, war veterans, citizens, exposed to radiation, Heroes of the Soviet Union and Russia, Heroes of Socialist Labour and other citizens. The size of the index determined on the basis of inflation rate for 2018.
In the Pension Fund budget includes appropriations for all the types of monthly payments subject to indexing in $ 459 billion rubles.
In addition, 4.3% indexed part of the EDV range of social services. By law, it may be provided in kind or cash. The cost of its full cash equivalent from February 1 will grow to 1121,42 rubles a month. It includes the provision of medicines, medical devices, therapeutic food — 863,75 of the ruble, the granting of the permit on sanatorium treatment for prevention of major diseases — 133,62 of the ruble, free travel on suburban railway transport and intercity transport to the place of treatment and back — 124,05 of the ruble.
In addition, increases the burial benefit that the Pension Fund pays the relatives of deceased pensioners, from February 1, the benefit is 5946,47 of the ruble.
