Investigators opened a criminal case on the fact of explosion near Saratov
Moscow. 26 Jan. INTERFAX.RU — services that do not meet safety requirements, were instituted in connection with injuries to the regulars in the Saratov region from a gas explosion, said the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC).
“In fact the incident in the cafe opened a criminal case on the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety, entailed causing of heavy harm to health (part 2 of article 238 of the criminal code of Russian Federation)”, — stated in the message of press-service received on Saturday “Interfax”.
Earlier it was reported that on Saturday in the cafe “Rendezvous” in the village of Lysye Gory, Saratov region, an explosion occurred during the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the chief engineer Lesogorskoe housing, the café was attended by 35 guests and five staff members. According to the MOE, injured 22 people, including two children.
Informed source reported to “Interfax” that the six man burns over 25% of the body, they need urgent help in burn centers.
