Drunk Russian police beat up a disabled dog without a muzzle

The incident occurred on 4 January. Parents of Snezana went to the pharmacy, when they were contacted by a man in a police uniform. According to the girl, he smelled of alcohol, speech was matted, and his eyes “glassy”. On the police question why they dog without a muzzle, the girl’s parents noticed that the animal on a short leash, and went to the house.
According to her, the policeman ran after them, pushed the man to his knees and began to beat him, including on the head. Wife tried to protect her husband and also received a shock. The events were seen by sister Snezhana with his companion, they demanded the police to show ID, but he didn’t want to do that. It later emerged that his name was Budoka Evgeniy.
The girl’s father was taken to the station, he and his wife are going to make a case under article 318 of the criminal code (“violence against a representative of power”).
According to rose, her father disabled, in office he became ill, but the police didn’t want to call an ambulance. Family wrote statements to the police, the Investigative Committee (IC) and the Department of internal Affairs across the Novosibirsk region, but no one Agency didn’t help them. The police deny the charges resident. A medical examination showed that he was sober.
