Drunk Russian police beat up a disabled dog without a muzzle
A resident of Novosibirsk, said that a drunken policeman beat her father with a disability because of the fact that their dog was without a muzzle. Its the story of a girl named Snezana said in Instagram. The post drew the attention of the publication Znak.com.
The incident occurred on 4 January. Parents of Snezana went to the pharmacy, when they were contacted by a man in a police uniform. According to the girl, he smelled of alcohol, speech was matted, and his eyes “glassy”. On the police question why they dog without a muzzle, the girl’s parents noticed that the animal on a short leash, and went to the house.
According to her, the policeman ran after them, pushed the man to his knees and began to beat him, including on the head. Wife tried to protect her husband and also received a shock. The events were seen by sister Snezhana with his companion, they demanded the police to show ID, but he didn’t want to do that. It later emerged that his name was Budoka Evgeniy.
The girl’s father was taken to the station, he and his wife are going to make a case under article 318 of the criminal code (“violence against a representative of power”).
According to rose, her father disabled, in office he became ill, but the police didn’t want to call an ambulance. Family wrote statements to the police, the Investigative Committee (IC) and the Department of internal Affairs across the Novosibirsk region, but no one Agency didn’t help them. Moreover, the UK reported that the girl’s father faces charges including under article 319 (“Insult of representative of power”).
The police deny the charges resident. The policeman saw the man with the dog fighting breeds without a muzzle and a long leash of about four meters, according to a statement on the website of research Affairs of the Novosibirsk region. Employee asked to wear a muzzle, the owner of the animal responded with obscenities, and the dog at least four times bitten a police officer. The policeman was taken to the hospital. A medical examination showed that he was sober.
According to the interior Ministry, arrived on the scene, other police officers asked the 52-year-old owner of the dog to go to the police for proceedings. He complained of pain in the heart, he called an ambulance, but on the way to the hospital he refused medical assistance.
The dog’s owner can be brought to administrative responsibility for the paddock without a muzzle, he faces 1000-3000 rubles fine. “In fact the incident is checked. Materials sent to SU IC of Russia in the Novosibirsk region for a procedural decision”, — concluded the Agency.
At the end of December in the Orenburg region opened a criminal case against policemen who beat a man with a disability and his 13-year-old stepson, suspecting them of drug trafficking.
