According to the MOE, the explosion of domestic gas in the nine-floor house in the Mines, which occurred early on the morning of 14 January, was destroyed four apartments on the ninth and eighth floors. From the rubble were rescued seven people, including a child. From home evacuated 140 residents, 43 of which were rescued from the casualty entrance.
