Pebble island in the archipelago of the Falkland Islands for the first time in 150 years for sale.

The island’s length is about 30 km, width 7 km. West of the Pebble rolling hills in the East are lakes and bogs, which are important for living here 42 species of birds, including 5 species of penguins. In the Atlantic waters around the island are home to dolphins, sea lions and whales.

2 parts of the Islands are connected by a narrow isthmus on which the settlement. There are wind turbines that generate most of the electricity for the needs of the islanders. On farms of Pebble, there are about 6 thousand sheep.

Originally, the island was purchased from the British government in 1869 by John Markham Dean and now belongs to his descendants.
