MOSCOW, August 22. /TASS/. The US refusal to participate in the Moscow conference on Afghanistan that is scheduled for September 4, reflects the falseness of the peace-loving rhetoric of Washington against Kabul. This is stated in a statement on Wednesday the comments of the Russian foreign Ministry.
