Complaints to Roskomnadzor, reflect only a fraction of violations that really are, said the Director of Centre IT-researches and examination Ranhigs Michael Braude-Zolotarev. According to him, in violation of the law is any collection of personal data without a specific purpose and neuritogenic it later.
