UFA, July 23 — RIA Novosti. Copies of passports of hundreds of residents of Bashkortostan were scattered across the field through the fault of the bailiffs, who has not followed the destruction of the completed execution of the documents, said the Prosecutor of the Republic.
The Supervisory authority asked the representatives of the Ministry of environment of the region, which are found on the field Baimak district of Bashkortostan hundreds of copies of passports, legal documents and other personal data on local residents.
“It turned out that in October of 2017 officers of the city Sibay took the decision to destroy almost 18 thousand over enforcement proceedings that are not subject to storage. The documents were to be burned by the expert Commission in the area of the quarry in the Baimak district. However, the officers did not control the complete destruction of the papers. The materials, which contained passport data of citizens and other documents with the wind scattered to adjacent areas at a considerable distance”, — reported in Prosecutor’s office.
According to supervising body, the district Prosecutor made to the head of Republican management of Federal bailiff service performance, the review of which five officials are warned about incomplete official compliance.
