In Britain the water in the fountain turned into a soap foam (photo)
Blame the bullies who do this not for the first time.
Residents of the English city of Newcastle were able to observe an unusual sight. The fountain located in the middle of the road junction of Queens gardens (Queens Gardens), just opposite new building of the City Council, turned into a soapy Jacuzzi.
White fluffy foam filled not only the fountain itself, but also spilled out, flooding the deck.

According to locals, this has happened before. Several times unknown hooligans have added detergent or washing powder into the water.
Some British people reacted to the new foam fountain with humor, but others did not appreciate the joke, because now the city will have to spend a lot of money for clean water.
