Sands: the situation of poisoning in Britain is a danger to all Europeans
MOSCOW, July 9. /TASS/ — According to the press Secretary of the Russian President, the Kremlin was unaware of the fact that “Russia is somehow associated” with the incident in Amesbury.
The Kremlin is concerned about the continuing poisoning in the UK, the situation is a danger for all of Europe.
This was stated to journalists the press-Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
“We regret in connection with the death of British citizen [don Sturges, which is July 8, died after poisoning with nerve substance in the British city of Amesbury], we remain deeply concerned at continuing manifestations of toxic substances in the UK. This is a danger not only for Britons but for all the rest of the Europeans,” he said.
The press Secretary reminded that Russia, “based on the great danger of such manifestations, from the very beginning offered the British vis-a-vis cooperation in the investigation of the circumstance of what happened in Salisbury”. “But, unfortunately, we are not reciprocal in this regard”, he added.
