INTERFAX.RU seaside regional court has sent on new consideration of criminal case concerning the former Deputy of the Duma of Vladivostok Natalia Kim and one of the members of the election Commission, sentenced for forgery of documents on elections of deputies of Legislative Assembly of Primorye.
“The appellate court due to procedural violations cancelled a sentence of Lenin district court of Vladivostok. Criminal case is directed to the same court on new consideration” — has informed on Tuesday “Interfax” the representative of Prosecutor’s office of Primorye.
As reported, in April the court found both figurants guilty of organizing the falsification of election documents (paragraph 1 of article 142 of the criminal code).
Kim was sentenced to two years of probation, the member of the precinct election Commission N522 — to 1.5 years of imprisonment.
The court found that in 2016, Kim, who was then a Deputy of the Duma of Vladivostok, has developed a plan of rigging the election to become the Deputy of regional Legislative Assembly.
According to the court, it has provided the turnout in the precinct of voters who voted at the courtesy of her absentee ballots by third parties. in addition, the defendant organized the falsification of election documents by precinct election Commission member. In the list of voters was made false information about who voted who in the elections did not participate.
Kim in the elections to the Legislative Assembly of Primorye in the fall of 2016 ran through the list of “United Russia”.
