MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. Russia is actively in contact with militants in Syria on the issue of access of OPCW experts to the city Council. This was stated on Friday to journalists the Russian President’s special envoy on the Middle East and Africa, Deputy foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov.
