“Miss Russia-2018” was Julia Poschechina of the Chuvash Republic
She received a new crown, a cash prize and the chance to represent Russia at the international contests “Miss World” and “Miss universe”.
MOSCOW, April 15. /TASS/. The winner of the national contest “Miss Russia” this year was the representative of the Republic of Chuvashia Julia Palakihin, the correspondent of TASS from the event. The final was held on Saturday in the Concert hall “Barvikha”.
The winner was named “Miss Russia-2017” Polina Popova. She wished the winner “to plunge into a year of fairy tales and miracles.”
“I’m extremely happy can’t even describe in words,” said Palakihin. She told me that she is studying at Chuvash state University, faculty of journalism and does not know how to dispose of prizes, including a scholarship to study in any University in the country. In her spare time she is engaged in fitness-aerobics and after completion of the competition plans to do self-development in the field of beauty industry.
“Miss Russia” — one of the most famous and prestigious national beauty contest, which is supported by the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation. The winner received a new crown, a cash prize and the chance to represent Russia at the international contests “Miss World” and “Miss universe”.
