Moscow. April 3. INTERFAX.RU the Defence appealed the arrest of the owner of the Summa group Ziyavudin Magomedov, suspected of organizing a criminal group and theft of more than 2.5 billion rubles, said Tuesday the “Interfax” press Secretary of the Tver court Anastasia Jurco.
“The court received the appeal on the arrest Magomedov. The date of its consideration in Moscow city court is not appointed yet”, — she said.
