MOSCOW, February 19. /TASS/. The foreign Ministry summoned Monday the chargé d’affaires of Ukraine in Moscow and said strong protest in connection with the attack in Kiev at the building of Rossotrudnichestvo and the offices of Russian banks. This was reported in the Russian depodesta.
