“According to preliminary official data published by the Iranian side, among the passengers of the plane that crashed in Iran, Russian citizens were not” — said the Agency interlocutor.
An Iranian passenger plane ATR 72-600 EN route on a domestic flight from Tehran to the city of Yasuj crashed in Isfahan province in Central part of the country. According to the Agency Mehr, the aircraft belonged to the company Aseman Airlines. It fell in a mountainous area near the village Away.
On Board there were 60 passengers and six crew members. In the crash no survivors.
