MOSCOW, February 5. /TASS./ The head of VTB Andrey Kostin called the Ministry of the Treasury, “the Kremlin list”, which, in particular, was included Kostin, a “prelude” to new sanctions. He said this on Monday in interview to the program “60 minutes” on TV channel “Russia 1”.
