More than 4 billion rubles allocated for the resettlement of people from dilapidated housing in the suburbs
MOSCOW — RIA Novosti. More than four billion roubles will allocate in 2018 for the resettlement of people from dilapidated housing in the Moscow region, the process will affect 7,2 thousand people, reported the press service of the Moscow region Duma.
The program of resettlement of dilapidated housing in Russia, recognized as such until 2012, was completed on 1 September 2017. Just 2014-2017 years of the programme was planned to resettle 711,58 thousands of people from 11,145 million square meters. After completion of the programme it was decided to continue.
“(This year) it is planned to resettle 111,7 thousand square meters, it will affect 7235. Funding for these purposes amounts to 4.3 billion rubles, of which more than 80% of the resources of the budget of the Moscow region. A large part of the municipalities will become housing for immigrants through the construction of new housing (over 90%), others through the purchase, the investor or the General contractor,” — said in the message.
