Drunk British pilots were detained for a few minutes before departure
The pilot of British Airways, was detained on Board the plane, because he was suspected of alcohol consumption. About it reports Sky News.
The incident occurred on January 18. The flight from Gatwick to Mauritius, was supposed to fly at 20.20. However, the flight was delayed, and a few minutes later on Board the vessel up by the police.
Law enforcement authorities detained the pilot. He was suspected of performing duties “in excess of admissible level of alcohol” in the blood.
In the end, the plane departed with a delay of two hours. The airline has apologized to passengers and said that cooperating with the police.
