French President Emmanuel macron wrote a poem as a gift for the birthday girl from the UK. The piece is published on Twitter, the Embassy of France in the UK.

According to the newspaper, The Local, during a family trip to Paris in April 2017 12-year-old Sophie wrote a poem about the Eiffel tower, which greatly surprised her. The girl admired her beauty, described the building as “elegant and high”.

His work the girl was sent to the Elysee Palace. The French leader decided to meet Sophie and wrote a response verse to the day of her birth on 1 November.
