MOSCOW, October 31. /TASS/. The Chairman of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky believes that Ksenia Sobchak and Catherine Gordon, has declared his intention to run for President of the Russian Federation, suit of the election extravaganza and Halloween.
According to the politician, it is not necessary to aspire to the highest public office, having no management experience.

Presidential elections will be held on March 18, 2018, the election campaign should officially start in the period from 7 to 17 December. The CEC repeatedly stated that while the campaign has not started, the action declaring intention to run are not subject to electoral law.
