MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. The Kremlin believes that the US has deliberately created difficulties in obtaining visas to Russian pilots, the objective reasons for such development of the situation there.
“It is obvious that the objective reasons for difficulties with the visa activities of Americans here, for all the downsizing [of the American diplomatic corps in Russia] is in no way concerned consular section, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. – Obviously this is the deliberate creation of difficulties, which lies entirely on the conscience of our American colleagues.”
