Neither the investigations of the OPCW or laboratory research conducted by the British military lab at Porton Down has not established country of origin of the poison used in Salisbury and also a laboratory that could produce, said the representative of the United Kingdom to the OPCW Peter Wilson.

According to him, the samples made by the UK, as well as samples made by the laboratories to order the OPCW has established the use of chemical warfare agents of the type of “Beginner”. Two commissioners of the OPCW laboratory took samples from the environment in Salisbury, two labs took biomedical samples, all four samples showed the presence of toxic chemicals like “Beginner”.
