SBU has accused the employee of the General staff of Russia in the organization of terrorist act in Kiev
The security service of Ukraine (SBU) believes the organizer of the terrorist attack at the Kiev office of the TV channel “Espreso” in October 2017, a representative of the Russian General staff.

According to Mr. Kononenko, the Lord Lysak and Grigoryan are now in Russia. Another suspect, Mikhail Mint detained.
The explosion at the building of the TV channel “Espreso” injured five people, including an MP from the Radical party Igor Mosiychuk and the Ukrainian political analyst Vitaly Bala. According to preliminary data, killed two security guard of the Deputy and a bystander. MIA has described the explosion as a terrorist attack.
