March 1, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, which in addition to economic, international and social topics were touched upon the issues of defense capacity of the state and the creation in Russia of new models of strategic hypersonic weapons and weapons complexes based on new physical principles. However, he said that there are more such promising developments, information about which is still closed.
