The ship was ottimali from the ISS on March 28. Since then he was involved in the experiment “Bending”, whose goal is the study of freight vehicle in the different modes of spin while maintaining the gravitational and solar orientation.

“Progress MS-07” was launched rocket “Soyuz-2.1 a” on October 14, 2017 from the Baikonur cosmodrome. The ISS ship docked on 14 October. The truck delivered the necessary the ISS fuel, oxygen, foodstuffs, equipment for scientific experiments and parcels for cosmonauts and astronauts, about two and a half tons of cargo.
“Progress MS-07” was to become the first space “truck,” went to the ISS ultra-diagram of connections. It was planned that “Progress” will fly to the station in 3.5 hours instead of the traditional two days.
