The decree about increase in spending for health, education and infrastructure, as well as on the possible introduction of sales tax was designed in a timely manner, work on it is completed and submitted to the head of state, Vladimir Putin, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

So he answered the question about the increase of ten trillion rubles in spending for health, education and infrastructure, as well as the introduction of sales tax.
Sands promised to inform journalists that Putin “considers it necessary” to sign the document. Thus, according to him, the announced amount is not true.
