MOSCOW, April 25. /TASS/. Washington, trying to tell other countries for existing, in his opinion, the problems with implementation of commitments in the field of arms control and non-proliferation, seeking to hide their own shortcomings and violations in this area. The Russian foreign Ministry responded to posted on 18 April the us state Department report on this issue a detailed review where, in 11 paragraphs detail the situation with the observance and compliance of States to the provisions of relevant conventions and agreements.
