“The impression that exploiting the topic of imaginary cyber threats from Russia, the British government is preparing its own population by encouraging the perception of a massive anti-Russian cyber-attacks London, which — if implemented — will actually be aggressive and unprovoked action”, — stated in the message of the Ministry.
