MOSCOW, April 20. /TASS/. The call of the Syrian opposition to the US and its allies to continue strikes on Syria is absolutely unacceptable. This was stated on Friday, the Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov following talks with special envoy of the UN Secretary General on Syria Staffan de Mistura.
“We expressed serious concern that opposition members who represent the so-called National coalition of Syrian revolutionary and opposition forces, urged the US, Britain and France continue their military action is aggressive in nature and to extend military operation to the whole territory of Syria. This is absolutely unacceptable statements,” said the Minister.
“I hope that those who have influence and who controls this opposition group, will make the right conclusions and call them to order,” – said Lavrov.
