In France, the auction sold a “Putin pen”, write media
MOSCOW, 19 Jul — RIA Novosti. Pen, which allegedly was used by Vladimir Putin, went under the hammer at the auction house Drouot in France, reports Le Parisien.

In July last year at a Monaco auction Legend Auctions was sold a platinum Patek Philippe watch with warranty documents in the name of Vladimir Putin. The buyer paid for them over a million euros. Press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov later said that Putin this watch has never belonged.
The representative of the auction organizer explained that the watch had once planned to give Putin, but it never happened. The hype around this situation arose because of an error of journalists, he said.
