MOSCOW, April 17. /TASS/. The humanitarian operation to evacuate civilians, militants and members of their families from Eastern ghouta completed, said the head of the Russian Center for reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria (part of Ministry of defence) the General-the major Yury Evtushenko.
According to him, representatives of the Center participated in the meeting of the national antiterrorist Committee of Syria. “The meeting summed up the results of the recently completed unique and unprecedented in scale humanitarian operation to evacuate civilians, militants and members of their families from the enclave,” said the General.
