In Korea have created a robot to fight against the loneliness among young people
The main objective is to motivate young people to call each other or write to the messengers.
The creators tested the robot on several Fribo young people, and that got good reviews. The idea that “Catamarca” watching the actions of the owner and tells them to his friends. And robots friends do the same.
The feeling that friends are close, they know the everyday life of each other and unable to discuss it.
So Fribo motivates people to communicate and fighting with their loneliness. The indirect effects some young people have changed their daily routine and diversified leisure activities.
