The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin has instructed the Agency staff to initiate a criminal case on the fact of massive artillery shelling of the residents of Donetsk Ukrainian military used multiple rocket launcher systems fire (MLRS) BM-21 “Grad”.
