One person was killed in an attack on a checkpoint in Ingushetia
DPS officer died from shrapnel wounds on the way to the hospital.
NAZRAN, November 5th. /TASS/. Two traffic police were injured and delivered in the Ingush Republican clinical hospital after a perfect today at 18:00 MSK suicide bombing a suicide bomber on the block-the traffic police post in Ingushetia. About this TASS said a source in law enforcement bodies of the Republic.
“As a result of blasting of the suicide bomber at the DPS office, located on the Federal highway “Kavkaz” near the village of Yandare Nazran district of the Republic, two inspectors of traffic police were injured and taken to hospital,” — said the source.
Later a source in the Ingush Republican hospital, where the injured were taken, said that one of the DPS died.
“We delivered two traffic police officers, one of them died on the way to the hospital, another is in the intensive care unit in a grave condition”, — said there.
According to preliminary data, today at about 18:00 Moscow time two unknown persons drove up to the checkpoint, one of them got out of the car, walked into the room and made up.
Another attacker attempted to escape. According to reports, he is currently blocked in a private house near the checkpoint. Law enforcement agencies take measures for his arrest. The identity of the attackers at the checkpoint is not yet established.
